Terms of Service

Axiom Accreditation runs your AI agent through simulated scenarios and produces a risk profile and, if you purchase it, a certificate of agentic-liability conduct. A certificate states what your agent passed, under the stated conditions, at the stated confidence. It is not insurance, not a warranty, not a guarantee of performance, and not legal or financial advice. It does not certify that your agent is “safe.”

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You may only submit an agent you own or are authorized to test, and you may not use the service to assess a third party's agent without their permission.

A certificate binds to a specific agent configuration (model, scaffold, tools, guardrails, and system prompt, identified by a config hash), is valid for twelve months, and is void on material change to that configuration. It reflects the assessment at the time it was issued; ongoing conduct in production is your responsibility.

Don't attempt to detect, game, or reverse-engineer our private scenario pool; don't point us at an agent build that differs from what you deploy; don't misuse the service to attack systems you don't control. We may run unannounced re-tests to verify the certified build matches production, and may revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation.

Assessment is free; certification and plans are billed annually via Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled; Range engagements are custom-quoted. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Our scenarios, methodology, and software are ours and confidential. Your agent, your data, and your certificate results are yours; we may use aggregated, de-identified results to improve the service and calibrate scoring.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in Axiom Accreditation transfers your legal liability for your agent's conduct.

Either party may terminate per these Terms; certain sections survive. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update them and will post changes here with a revised effective date. Contact: legal@axiomspecialty.com.
